The firm is a multi-billion AUM shop who is actively deploying meaningful equity checks into founder led, high growth technology businesses. The team combines deep sector expertise with hands on operating support to help portfolio companies scale.
The Opportunity
This is a high impact, high visibility Investment Associate role with meaningful responsibility from day one. The Associate will work directly with senior leadership across the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing through diligence, execution, and portfolio support, in a lean, collaborative environment where individual contribution is highly visible.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate investment opportunities across the firm's core technology focus areas
- Build and maintain financial models, including valuation analyses, operating projections, and return scenarios
- Conduct market and company level due diligence, including customer and reference calls, competitive landscape research, and management team assessment
- Draft investment memos and present findings to the Investment Committee
- Support deal sourcing and outbound origination efforts to help build the firm's pipeline
- Work with portfolio company management teams on strategic and operational initiatives post investment
- Partner with senior team members across all stages of the investment process
Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, or management consulting, with a preference for technology sector exposure
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Genuine interest in software and technology business models
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex analysis for internal and external audiences
- Self starter with strong ownership mentality and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree required, strong academic record preferred
